Applications are now open for the VOCES8 Future Talent awards!
Launched in 2020, this joint initiative between VOCES8 Foundation and Future Talent provides opportunities for gifted young singers from low-income backgrounds.
Now in its second year, in 2021 the programme will support eight singers under 18 years old with mentoring, career and general music development advice, practical music training and performances alongside professional singing groups VOCES8 and Apollo5.
All successful applicants will also be provided with a place on the VOCES8 Summer School at Milton Abbey in July 2022.
Applications are now open until 5pm on 11 October, with auditions to be held on 6-7 November 2021. Auditions will take place both online and in person.
Applicants must be permanently resident in the UK and be between 13-17 years of age on 1 October 2021.
