Closing our Virtual Workshop Series, our#StayHomeTogether Virtual Concert offered an opportunity for our musicians and supporters to celebrate music bringing us together from our respective homes, when we couldn't be together in person.
The evening was guided by CEO Minhaz Abedin and Jonathan Worsley, one of our wonderful Trustees, who introduced the musicians and chatted with them about their music, and lockdown pastimes.
Supporters joined us in droves, helping to make it our "most attended" event in recent years.
Their heart-warming messages of praise for the musicians’ performances and interviews flooded our inboxes throughout, and thanks to their generosity, we raised over £3.5k!
We are so grateful to all who donated, supported our musicians on the evening and spread the word about the concert via social media.
We are already making arrangements for more virtual concerts to take place in the near future - keep a look out for more information coming soon!
